YA 200-HR Tantra Yoga Teacher Certification with HL Institute - In this course, I became a certified yoga teacher acknowledged by the yoga alliance.

• Certified Massage Therapist by IPSB Life Energy Institute - Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Tai Chi Chuan.

• Vipassana meditation retreats - 10-day silence retreat, 8hrs of meditation per day. This retreat is based on the teachings of Buddha. I’ve attended this retreat every year since 2015.

• Tantra Workshop in Brazil by "Shiva Village" - utilizing Ayahuasca as medicine.
